The attorneys that make up the firm are dedicated to causes before the civil courts and arbitration courts and, specifically, before the Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court. In this last area of specialty the Firm both brings and defends cassation appeals in form and substance requested by companies and other law offices that prefer, in this procedural stage, to turn to a Firm with recognized experience in the area.

The Firm has also been involved in legal cases related to banking matters, economic matters, regulatory matters, and disputes over rights of ownership, environmental matters, natural resources matters and mining matters, among others. In addition, the office has represented various multinational companies in Chile and advised foreign companies in disputes over assets located in Chile. The Firm also has been involved in consultancy work, designed to prevent litigation, advising corporations and other law offices in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, both judicial and extrajudicial, given the broad knowledge and experience of the Firm in those matters.
